Deposits and Balances
All Kris Agland Wedding Bookings require a deposit of £200 to confirm the booking. This can be paid by cash, cheque or paypal. Once this deposit is received your date is confirmed. The balance of the wedding is payable no later than two weeks prior to the date of your wedding. This can be paid either by cash or cheque
Travel Costs
The agreed travel costs will be paid at the same time as your booking deposit. This again can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer. (Travel Costs charged at 50p per mile from CF14)
What If I wish to add any additional services to my package at a later date?
This is not a problem, as all bookings regardless of duration require a booking deposit of £200 any extra services can be added to any booking.
How long does it take to receive my Images and DVD?
Depending on the date of booking, your pictures will be ready within up to 2 weeks of your wedding day. Your images are presented as High Resolution jpeg files meaning you are free to print your images. You then have to select approx 120 images from your photographs to be edited and presented on your wedding DVD.
Your DVD will take around two weeks to be completed. On selecting your images to be included onto your DVD, you will also need to provide us with 5 song choices to accompany your images on your personalised DVD
Can we purchase additional DVD's for friends or family?
Yes, duplicate DVD's are available for a charge of just £40 per DVD. These DVD's come presented in a personalised gift case. (see Wedding Package Prices for details) Additional DVD's can be purchased at any time and with no minimum order quantity.
We would like to show our images to our friends, can they be published online to view?
Yes. We are happy to offer you an online gallery for no extra charge, due to music licensing we can only present images online (not available online as your DVD slideshow)
